Mortgage Processor — Bilingual Spanish

About the Role

Aravian Financial is seeking a bilingual, Spanish-speaking Mortgage Processor to manage loan files for our diverse borrower base. You will handle files for both English and Spanish-speaking borrowers from submission through closing, working with wholesale lenders, underwriters, and title companies to ensure timely, accurate closings.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan files from submission to clear-to-close across wholesale lenders
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking borrowers regarding file conditions
• Order appraisals, title, flood certifications, and third-party services
• Clear underwriting conditions and coordinate closing schedules
• Translate borrower communications and documents as needed
• Maintain organized pipeline and meet closing deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage processing experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Working knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and ITIN loan guidelines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with loan origination software

Nice to Have

• Experience processing ITIN or Non-QM files
• Experience in a brokerage environment

Compensation

Salary based on experience. Full-time position.
