Loan Originator (Licensed) — Bilingual Spanish

About the Role

Aravian Financial is seeking a licensed, bilingual Spanish-speaking Loan Originator to serve the growing Spanish-speaking homebuyer community in Houston and across Texas. This is a significant opportunity: Houston has one of the largest Spanish-speaking populations in the country and a substantial underserved homebuyer market. You will have access to 20+ wholesale lenders and a full suite of loan programs including ITIN mortgage products.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans for Spanish-speaking and English-speaking borrowers
• Conduct consultations in Spanish and English as needed
• Counsel borrowers on loan programs including ITIN, FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional
• Collect and review loan applications and documentation in both languages
• Build relationships with Spanish-speaking real estate agents and community partners
• Maintain active NMLS license and comply with all regulations

Requirements

• Active Texas NMLS license required
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Minimum 1 year of mortgage origination experience preferred
• Knowledge of ITIN mortgage programs strongly preferred
• Strong communication and cultural competency skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Non-QM and ITIN loan products
• Established referral network in Hispanic communities in Houston
• Knowledge of foreign national mortgage programs

Compensation

Commission-based compensation. Structure and split to be discussed. Wholesale lender access and full back-office support provided.
