Roles We Hire For

## Where you might fit.

These are the positions we typically recruit for as we grow. While we don't have active openings at the moment, we keep every submission on file and reach out first when a role opens up.

Licensed

### Mortgage Loan Officer

Licensed originators (NMLS, Texas) who can build relationships, structure loans, and guide clients from application to close. Book of business a plus, not required.

### Loan Officer Assistant

Support our loan officers, keep files moving, and learn the mortgage business from the inside out. A great path for someone eager to eventually become licensed.

### Loan Processor

Own files from submission to clear-to-close: documentation, conditions, lender coordination, and deadlines. Detail-obsessed people thrive here.

### Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Create content, run campaigns, and grow the Aravian brand across social and search. Part storyteller, part operator, comfortable owning a calendar.

Be the friendly first point of contact: schedule consultations, follow up with clients, and make sure nobody falls through the cracks. Warm, organized, dependable.
