Licensed originators (NMLS, Texas) who can build relationships, structure loans, and guide clients from application to close. Book of business a plus, not required.
Support our loan officers, keep files moving, and learn the mortgage business from the inside out. A great path for someone eager to eventually become licensed.
Own files from submission to clear-to-close: documentation, conditions, lender coordination, and deadlines. Detail-obsessed people thrive here.
Create content, run campaigns, and grow the Aravian brand across social and search. Part storyteller, part operator, comfortable owning a calendar.
Be the friendly first point of contact: schedule consultations, follow up with clients, and make sure nobody falls through the cracks. Warm, organized, dependable.
