Loan Officer Assistant (Unlicensed) — Bilingual Spanish

About the Role

Aravian Financial is seeking an unlicensed, bilingual Loan Officer Assistant fluent in Spanish and English to support our team in serving Spanish-speaking borrowers across Houston and Texas. No NMLS license required. This is an excellent opportunity to enter the mortgage industry with room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist with document collection and file organization for Spanish and English-speaking borrowers
• Communicate with borrowers in Spanish and English to gather required documents
• Coordinate between borrowers, loan officers, and processors
• Translate documents and correspondence as needed
• Maintain organized files and follow up on open items
• Provide general administrative support to the origination team

Requirements

• No NMLS license required
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

• Interest in pursuing NMLS license
• Prior experience in mortgage, real estate, or banking

Compensation

Hourly or salary based on experience. Full-time or part-time considered.
