Loan Officer Assistant (Licensed) — Bilingual Spanish

About the Role

Aravian Financial is seeking a licensed, bilingual Loan Officer Assistant fluent in Spanish and English. This role supports our origination team serving both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking borrowers across Texas. You will assist with file management, borrower communication, and document collection across a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers with loan setup and document collection for English and Spanish-speaking borrowers
• Conduct borrower communications in Spanish and English as needed
• Review loan files for completeness and coordinate with processors
• Translate documents and communications as needed
• Maintain organized pipeline and follow up on outstanding items
• Support outreach to Spanish-speaking referral partners

Requirements

• Active Texas NMLS license required
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• At least 1 year of experience in mortgage lending
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with ITIN or Non-QM loan products
• Familiarity with wholesale lender portals

Compensation

Salary or salary plus bonus based on experience. Full-time position.
